§ Mr. BottomleyThe staff of the Ministry of Overseas Development has increased by 516 over the number employed in the Department of Technical Co-operation on 16th October, 1964. A further increase of up to 70 is expected by 15th October, 1967, mainly to fill clerical and typing vacancies.
