§ Mr. DarlingThe third advance factory at Bellshill, which will be of 27,500 sq. ft., is expected to be ready for occupation by December, 1967. No application for the factory has been received.

§ Mr. DarlingMy right hon. Friend has already authorised three advance factories at Bellshill. Two of these which have been allocated to tenants should be completed shortly and the third finished by the end of this year. There are at present no plans to build more advance factories at Bellshill. My right hon. Friend is, of course, aware of the 27W unemployment problems in the area and will take account of its needs when arranging future programmes.
