§ The Prime MinisterVarious aspects of technological collaboration are being studied in both the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and the Organisation for European Co-operation and Development as well as between individual European countries. My right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary and myself have, of course, also discussed these matters on our recent visits to the Western European capitals.
