HC Deb 11 April 1967 vol 744 cc168-9W
Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what study he has made of the survey by Mr. Thorald Warley, entitled Agriculture: the Cost of Joining the Common Market, a copy of which has been sent to him; and whether he will hold a survey along the same lines.

Mr. Peart

The Government have already made a thorough survey of the implications which acceptance of the common agricultural policy would have for this country. These matters are being kept under continuous review, taking full account of independent evaluations of this kind.
