§ Mr. DiamondThe Budget estimate for 1966–67 is £5 million. This excludes the tax on the capital gains of companies which will be liable to corporation tax. It is not the practice to anticipate Budget Estimates. The cost of collection cannot be segregated from the cost of collecting other taxes.
