§ Mr. Roy Hughesasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if, in view of the recent decision of the Court of Appeal restricting the definition of a family, he will seek to amend the law so as to empower a local authority to require the landlord of a property to bring the facilities up to a reasonable standard.
