Mr. Sharplesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he gave instructions that immediate action should be taken in order to remedy the defects in security at Wormwood Scrubs Prison which had been revealed in the report which the Director of Prison Security submitted on 29th April, 1966; and on what date he gave these instructions.
