Member for Kingston-upon-Thames (Mr. Boyd-Carpenter).—[Vol. 736, c.151 and 152.] and to the replies I gave on 3rd November to Questions by 329W the hon. Members for Haltemprice (Mr. Wall) and for Poole (Mr. Murton).—[Vol. 735, c. 143 and 144.] Maxwell, except when undergoing psychiatric treatment, is still in solitary confinement. He is under continual surveillance throughout.
