§ Mr. MarshCapital expenditure by the gas industry in 1967–68 will be reduced by £11 million of which £1¼ million will relate to plant and buildings used in connection with the production of gas. The rest of the savings relate to distribution and consumer service projects and other miscellaneous items, including office buildings and stores.
