§ Mr. MellishMy right hon. Friend has no reason to believe that the appropriate Ministers are not employing all practicable means for preventing or minimising the emission of smoke from Crown properties in smoke control areas. He has no plans for amending section 22 of the Clean Air Act 1956 which, in effect, requires them to do this.
