§ Mr. MacCollWhen Part II of the Rent Act is in operation in Essex, members of the Eastern Rent Assessment Panel will be chosen by their President, as needed, to form committees to hear cases arising there. My noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor and my right hon. Friend hope to make the first appointments to the Panel shortly.
