§ Mr. Hornerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what steps he is taking to ensure that no drill or exercise by any local authority fire brigade which simulates the rescue of persons from fire and involves the use of live bodies by firemen, shall, whatever the circumstances, be undertaken 181W except with the use of approved safety devices and under adequate supervision.
