§ Mr. John MorrisI must remind the hon. Member that my right hon. Friend has not yet declared her railways policy. She hopes to let the House know it before long. Until then she cannot anticipate its application, but I would not encourage the hon. Member to believe that her predecessor's decision will be affected.
