§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe procedure, including the period of notice, has varied with the circumstances of the particular case. In future, an alien who has made 613W representations to the Chief Magistrate against a proposal to deport him will ordinarily be allowed a reasonable time in which to settle his affairs after he has been informed of the outcome of his appeal.
