§ Mr. Woodnuttasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will set out the rules, laid down by his Department, governing the granting of permission to members of the Government and others travelling abroad first class at Her Majesty's Government's expense, to exchange a first-class air passage for two tourist passages, paying the extra cost involved in order to permit their wives to travel with them.
