§ Mr. SwinglerMy right hon. Friend has no proposals for the lighting of the by-pass as a whole. Authority is about to be given to accept a tender for permanent lighting to replace the temporary lighting at the Putwell Bridge junction. The north-east roundabout already has permanent lighting.
