§ Mr. AlbuNo salary is paid to the members of the South-East Economic Planning Council, which is likely to meet monthly. The honorarium paid to the Chairman is exclusive of expenses. Both the Chairman and members may claim actual travelling expenses and subsistence allowances at Civil Service rates.
