asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what bodies, other than local authorities and teachers' organisations, have been consulted, or are intended to be consulted, in connection with the revision of the Schools (Scotland) Code.

Mr. Millan

The revision is at a very early stage.

There will certainly be consultations, formal and informal, but the actual arrangements for these can best be made later.
