asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will hold a special agricultural price review to take into account the increased costs for farmers caused by the new economy measures.

No. The increased costs are not sufficient to call for a Special Review under the arrangements agreed with the Farmers' Unions.
