§ Mr. Ridleyasked the Prime Minister if he proposes to instruct the official side of Whitley Councils dealing with pay claims of the lower-paid workers not to recommend increases; and in those cases where wage increases have already been determined, but not implemented, what means he proposes to use to secure their deferment.
