asked the Minister of Transport when the most recent valuation of the 'assets of British Transport Hotels Limited took place; and what was the net asset value of the company's assets at that time.

There has been no revaluation of the fixed assets of British Transport Hotels Ltd. These stand in the balance sheet of the British Railways Board at their original cost less accumulated provisions for depreciation and amortisation. The net book value at 31st December 1965 was £9.2 million.
