§ Mr. Victor Yatesasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he has considered the communication sent to him by the hon. Member for Birmingham, Ladywood concerning badges which denote membership of an organisation being tax free if mounted on a brooch pin but taxable at the rate of 25 per cent. if mounted on a stick pin; and whether he will consider exempting from tax such badges when mounted on a stick pin.
