§ 78. Mr. Freesonasked the Minister of Power when he will publish his proposals for nationalising steel ; and what consultations he has had with regard to measures of staff participation in management, planning and productivity.
§ 79. Mr. Buchanasked the Minister of Power what discussions have taken place with shop stewards and staff representatives with a view to obtaining a democratic structure in the proposed nationalised steel industry.
