§ Mrs. WhiteNo settlement on post-1939 claims against the Soviet Union (including Baltic Bonds) was reached during the discussions which concluded on 14th April, but I would not regard the termination of the talks as permanent.
The exchanges with the Hungarians are continuing. Talks on the Rumanian 8W bonded debt will be resumed when the time and place for the continuation of the negotiations on all outstanding financial questions have been agreed.
