§ Mr. Boardmanasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will state the salaries of chairmen and deputy chairmen of the area electricity boards, area gas boards, divisional coal boards, regional hospital boards, and chairmen of consultative councils, indicating where applicable those cases in which a salary is paid for another appointment.
§ Mr. MacDermotNo salaries are paid to the chairmen and deputy chairmen of regional hospital boards. The salaries of chairmen of the divisional coal boards are for the National Coal Board itself to determine. Details of the other salaries and of multiple appointments are to be found in the White Paper on Public Boards (Cmnd. 2848) presented to Parliament at the end of last year.
