§ Mr. Ron Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what Government schemes in the City of Carlisle have been postponed as a result of the recent curb on expenditure.
§ Mr. DiamondThe only Government capital schemes in the City of Carlisle deferred since the 27th July have been a number of projects under the Carlisle State Management Scheme. Their total value is £186,000. The Minister concerned is my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department.
