§ Sir Knox Cunninghamasked the Minister of Health if he is aware of the promotion of cigarette brands offering the inducement of gift coupons; and, in view of the fact that the value of gifts being offered to the public is estimated to amount to some £15 million per annum, whether he will ensure that this form of sales promotion is taken into consideration in his review, together with other forms of cigarette advertising.
