§ 172. Mr. Wainwrightasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government how many rent officers have been appointed in South Yorkshire; and for which districts they will be responsible.
§ Mr. MacCollSouth Yorkshire will be covered by 12 part-time rent officers, appointed by the Clerk of the County Council of the West Riding of Yorkshire. They will be based at Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Pontefract, Doncaster, Rotherham and Barnsley. In addition, one rent officer will be appointed for each of the 10 county boroughs in the West Riding; five of these will be on a part-time basis.
