asked the Minister of Transport when she expects work to commence on the construction of a flyover at the Victoria Avenue junction of the Borrowash bypass near Derby.

This is one of 40 recently announced schemes on which work is expected to begin about 1970. We cannot give a more exact date now since progress depends on completion of statutory processes, engineering design and acquisition of land.
