§ Mr. Howeasked the Postmaster-General why a parcel containing a duck, which was posted in Llanfyllin on 20th December, 1965, did not reach its address in Birkenhead until 31st December, 1965; what is the distance by the methods of transport used by his Department between Llanfyllin and Birkenhead; and what compensation he proposes to pay to the addressee in respect of the fact that the duck was inedible on arrival.
