asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many doctors entered the family doctor service in each of the last five years up to October, 1966.

Information is readily available only by calendar years. The estimated numbers of principals admitted for the first time to Scottish medical lists in the four years 1962 to 1965 were 103, 106, 98 and 81, respectively. For the first nine months of 1966 the number was 94.
