§ Mr. DarlingThe Consumer Council has said that it accepts that reputable brokers put the interests of their clients first, but some brokers who arrange loans for house purchase do not. The Council regrets that it did not make this distinction clear, but will be doing so in a reprint of the booklet. The answer to the second part of the Question is: "No."
