asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer of the civilian sales against the offset agreement to date with West Germany for the two years to 31st March, 1966, how much represented sales to the West German Government, and how much to private firms.

Of the £21 million actually received in respect of civilian sales in the two year period up to 31st March, 1966, about £20.7 million were sales to West German public authorities as defined in Article 1 of Annex 1 to the Agreement of 27th July, 1964 (Cmnd. 2434).
