§ Mr. Lubbockasked the Lord President of the Council if he will ensure that where Ministers refer to previous answers in reply to Questions they give the column number, so as to facilitate reference.
§ Mr. BowdenI do not think that it would be appropriate for Ministers to include column references in answers to Parliamentary Questions which make reference to previous Answers, but I will look into the question whether any other steps can be taken to assist Members in this matter.
