§ Mr. CrossmanI want to see the law changed as soon as possible so as to enable local authorities to play a much bigger part in the future control and ownership of new towns and their assets. Meanwhile, both in the completed new towns and in those still building, I am encouraging the fullest co-operation between the Commission or Corporation and the local authorities.
