§ Mr. Tom FraserAn authorised examiner can refuse to test a vehicle of a class falling within his authorisation only for a limited number of reasons and this is not one of them. If my hon. Friend has evidence of garages refusing to test vehicles for this reason, or of any other irregularities, I shall be pleased to investigate it.
