§ Mr. Tom FraserI have examined the Automobile Association's Report and it confirms our belief that far too many drivers do not pay sufficient attention to the lighting of their vehicles. The regulations already provide that lamps should be maintained in a proper condition, but I shall have the question of maintenance looked at specially in the review of lighting which my Department is carrying out.
