§ Mr. Tom FraserThese barriers, among others, are still the subject of experiments which the Road Research Laboratory is continuing to follow closely, but neither these experiments, nor those being carried out by the Road Research Laboratory itself, are sufficiently far advanced for any firm advice to be offered.
