asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, in view of the falling exports in the motor-cycle industry from £11.5 million in 1951 to £6 million in 1963, what financial incentives he will give to increase the export effort of this industry.

The Government have taken a number of measures to assist exports generally. My right hon. Friend is not contemplating any special measure to assist exports by this particular industry.
