§ Mr. MacCollA joint circular from the Department and the Department of Education and Science issued last year recommended all local authorities, in collaboration with other interested organisations, to carry out reviews of their areas to determine what further provision for 59W sport and recreation is needed. Maritime authorities and other with suitable inland waters in their areas will areas will no doubt include the need of water sports in their reviews.
