§ Mr. Longdenasked the First Secretary of State and Secretary of State for Economic Affairs if he is aware of the agreement which is successfully operating at the Esso Plant at Fawley between management and employees; and if, in the promotion of his incomes policy, he will ensure that agreements of this type are not adversely affected.
