§ Mr. JayBritish Lion Films Limited has given the Government certain assurances relating to the maintenance of the company's facilities for independent film production and of its independent trading position. The National Film Finance Corporation holds a special share in the company with specified rights attaching to it and nominates a director to the company's board. I understand that the company has recently announced plans for substantial film production during 1965.
