§ Mr. Derek Pageasked the Minister of Technology whether, in view of the importance of scientific information in the formulation of legislation for technology, he will publish an annual review of the state of each major scientific discipline.
§ Mr. CousinsThe publication of such a review would be a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Education and Science. But the information available to the Government from bodies such as the Council for Scientific Policy is in my view adequate for the purpose my hon. Friend has in mind.
