HC Deb 02 March 1965 vol 707 c232W
Mr. Hamling

asked the Minister of Health if he is aware that there is widespread concern over the lack of suitable facilities for the care of mentally handicapped children; and what steps he is taking to make good the deficiencies in this field.

Mr. K. Robinson

Yes, and I am also aware of the improvements which have taken place in recent years, and of the plans which both hospitals and local health authorities have for further development of these services.
