HC Deb 21 June 1965 vol 714 c150W
62. Sir C. Osborne

asked the Minister of Labour if he will seek powers to impose disciplinary punishment on unofficial strikers who act against responsible trade union advice and disrupt production; and if he will make a statement.

64. Mr. Fisher

asked the Minister of Labour whether he will introduce legislation to make illegal unofficial strikes declared without warning which cause serious inconvenience to the public.

Mr. Gunter

No. As the hon. Member knows, the terms of reference of the Royal Commission on Trade Unions and Employers' Associations are very wide and unofficial strikes is no doubt one of many problems they will consider.
