§ Mr. Roy JenkinsIt is unlikely that cocooning would be worthwhile. We are, however, still exploring what use can be made of the first three TSR2 aircraft now that it has been decided not to continue flying them. One possibility is a limited programme of research on ground running noise, in aid of the Concord.
