§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe limitations on flight time in the Air Navigation Order, 1960, are drawn at least as tightly as those of other major aviation countries. The matter is, however, currently under review by my Department. The "points system" used by British European Airways is being considered as well as the practices of other countries.
