§ Mr. Roseasked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that letters posted outside London but carried to Manchester via London are arriving a day late; and whether he will take steps to ensure that the time for delivery will in all normal cases be one day.
§ Mr. BennI am not aware of any general delay in the delivery of letters of this kind. If my hon. Friend would like to let me have details of any delays which have come to his notice I shall gladly look into the matter.
