§ Mr. Tom FraserI would refer my hon. and learned Friend to the reference to support of the hovercraft industry made by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Technology in the debate in Committee of Supply on 14th July. I have not thought it necessary at this stage to embark on discussions about possible hovercraft links between North-East Scotland and European countries.
