§ Mr. Tom FraserI have no evidence that this practice is developing to the detriment of speedy discharge of vessels at the main ports. I have authorised the construction by the Port of London Authority of a new fully-mechanised meat-handling installation; this is expected to be completed next summer. A similar installation is expected to be completed at Liverpool by the end of 1966.
